Processing and Shipping Time Statement

Thank you for your support. We understand you're excited to receive your order, and we're equally excited to get it to you. Here's what you can expect in terms of processing and shipping your order:

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

  • Please note, processing time is separate from the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Time:

  • Once your order is processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout. We ship with USPS and offer the following shipping options:

    • USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to USPS, it is subject to their handling, which can be affected by weather, high peak shipping seasons, and other unforeseen delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays or any additional charges for customs clearance.

 

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order via the USPS website. This will give you the most up-to-date information regarding your order's shipping status.
