Returns Policy

At Local Big Time, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we've made our returns process as simple as possible.

 

Return Conditions:

  1. Items Eligible for Return: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, and earrings unless they are defective. Final sale items are also not eligible for return.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

How to Return Your Item(s) with USPS:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at Contact@Localbigtime.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Your Return Label: After your return request is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Ensure that all previous shipping labels or information are removed or covered.

  4. Attach Your Return Label: Print the prepaid USPS return label we provided and attach it to the outside of your package.

  5. Drop Off Your Package: Take your package to any USPS location or schedule a pickup with USPS for convenience. You can find your nearest USPS drop-off location at [USPS Website/Location Finder].

  6. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10-14 business days from the receipt of your item(s) for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

 

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item using the process outlined above and place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.
